Our Commitment: CustomAILab is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for students, parents, and educators of all abilities. We believe that high-integrity learning should be barrier-free. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to satisfy the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

Conformance Status: The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. CustomAILab is currently working toward full conformity with WCAG 2.1 level AA.

Technical Specifications: Accessibility of CustomAILab relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:

• LaTeX (for mathematical notation)

STEM & Mathematical Notation: As a specialized STEM learning tool, CustomAILab utilizes Mathpix Document Intelligence to render complex equations and chemical diagrams. While we strive for universal compatibility, we recognize that symbolic math can present unique challenges for some screen readers. We are actively working on enhancing our ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) labels for all LaTeX-rendered content.
